Why I am still not receiving the item after you ship out the order for a period of time?

By buying internationally, you are considered an importer.

Although shipping delays are not common, shipments can be held at customs for some countries for customs clearance occasionally (e.g. import tax/fee). It is your responsibility in case there is some import tax/fee to pay.

Our price is still competitive even after applying import tax/fee.

Please let us know if you are not receiving your order or not hearing from your custom once its shipped for an excessive period of time (2 weeks time). We will track down your order to provide the best solution on the delivery. Once again, if the shipment is being held by your custom, it's your liability to clear the custom.
