This item comes with the universal power adapter (100V - 240V) to suite anywhere in the world. It is in UK plug for UK power socket.

Never attempt to plug the box to any power adapter aside from the original Gen.2 adapter that comes with the package (even the first generation Unblock Box). It will burn the box and void the warranty!

Shipping and Handling
Upon shipping out the order, we will keep our buyer posted with a shipping confirmation letter (eBay message) that provides further information on the shipments such as normal expected shipping time as well as the tracking number (if available). This shipping confirmation letter (message) will be mailed (send) separately apart from the conventional shipping notification send by eBay.
  Tracking Number
Depending on situations and stock availability, the normal shipping time is within 24 hours of working day (1 business day) (Note: This does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in our country). In some cases, handling time can take up to 2-3 working days before shipment (Again, This is excluding weekends and public holidays). This processing time is sometimes needed since this is located at our remote warehouse. However, we are always trying our best to speed up the whole process.
Please understand that we are located in the GMT +8 time zone. We are half the globe away from most of our International buyers! Orders that comes in at our Friday afternoon (Thursday night in some countries) may end up having the item ship out on our coming Monday (The next working (business) day). Thank you for your considerations!
We, as a seller, promise to ship your order out promptly but please understand that we cannot control the shipping time. We are the same as you, we hate shipment delays too!
Unless otherwise advise, our shipping department will pack your separate orders into one package (in one shipping batch) and provide complimentary tracking number to eligible buyers.
PLEASE understand that this is an INTERNATIONAL SHIPPMENT!
Although shipping delays are not common, it MAY OCCUR due to shipping and/or custom complications; it can be up to 6 - 8 weeks depends on location.
Shipping Time is around 10 to 30 working days normally.
Countries like Italy, Brazil (and South America), Africa, Russia and Pacific Islands are FAMOUS on shipping delays! Buyers from these regions may well understand that may take longer shipping time due to custom complications! Shipping time to these countries may end up over 2 months!

Shipping Arrangements to Italy, Brazil (and South America), Africa, Russia and Pacific Islands (MUST READ)

It is very COMMON to have shipping delays due to the custom complications and sluggish post office process shipping to Italy, Brazil (and South America), Africa, Russia and Pacific Islands!

Buyer's from Italy, Brazil (and South America), Africa, Russia and Pacific Islands should be more PATIENT on the shipment; They SHOULD clearly understand that international shipment may often take from 25 working days to 50 working days (working days - excludes Sat, Sun & public holidays). That's around 5 weeks to 10 weeks! While shipment to Italy and Brazil may sometimes end up well over 8 weeks (2 months).

We will do the BEST in our part! We guarantee you to ship the item out promptly (mostly within 24 hours) BUT we cannot control the shipping process and have NO CONTROL on shipping delays! We are the same as you do, WE HATE THESE DELAYS AS WELL!

Once again, we ship this item out with a tracking number to protect BOTH the buyer and us! We also provide the tracking number once it's shipped, therefore, it is just the matter of time to receive the package!

有關維修及保養

The device CANNOT BE DEFECTIVE since we tested every box and we also did a basic installation on the device before we sent out the package to make sure it works flawlessly before packing for shipment. The ONLY reason it is 100% working at our office but cannot turned on at your side because of careless installation procedures that blows the device. Please read the Installation Guide provided in the box carefully and follow the instruction to minimize installation problems.

DOUBLE PROTECTION

The product is under FIRST MONTH EXCHANGE WARRANTY (from the sales date) offered by us! We offered a one on one exchange warranty for hardware failure.  Buyer pays return shipping and we will ship back an exchanged device once the item is back to our office and after verification! We will pay the shipping fee needed to sent the item back to you!

The product is also under ONE YEAR WARRANTY (from the sales date) offered by UnBlock's service center . The UnBlock service center offered a return for servicing and requested our buyer to ship them back the box. The UnBlock  servicing center will check the item and they will further identify the return item(s) for the serial number. They will offer repair or replacement at the service center! They will pay the shipping fee needed to sent the item back to you!

Please note that Buyer pays return shipping, however, we will pay the shipping fee needed to sent the item back to you under the first month exchange warranty and UnBlock's service center will pay the return shipping fee for the whole year.

首月一換一有壞包換
這盒子享有本店提供的首月一換一有壞包換(重購買日起計),在任何情況下用家必需支付回郵郵費,當用家的盒子維修好後,我們會在首月提供有壞包換並會負責寄回盒子給用家的郵費,首月過後經本店處理的維修,用家必需支付一切來回郵費。

原廠保用
除了本店提供的首月一換一有壞包換外,這盒子亦享有一年的原廠保用,同樣的在任何情況下用家必需支付回郵郵費,盒子經安博技術支援確認後會安排用家直接把盒子寄到安博的維修部維修,當用家的盒子維修好後,安博維修部會負責寄回盒子給用家的郵費。

再三重申,在任何情況下用家必需支付回郵郵費

This is the normal return and replace procedure:
Ship back the individual item (device or power adapter) with tracking number.
We will send the returned item back to the supplier's service center for verification and exchange (identity verification).
Once verified by the officials, we'll arrange to ship the exchanged item again and we'll pay the postage sending back the item to you. However, under eBay terms and condition, buyer needs to pay the return postage sending the item back to us.
Return for Refund
We provide 14-day return policy for product sold. for any reason ,you are not satisfied with your purchase, full refund of the purchase (excluding the shipping expenses ) can be applicable under the following circumstance:
Item must be in good condition with all original accessories, manuals, and packing materials. Any missing parts or damaged items will results in rejection on the return.
In case of any defectives founds, only defects in manufacturing are accepted as the reason of return.
No refund is given if defects are caused by misuse of buyers. Our customer service officers will gladly contact you for further arrangement upon your request.
All shipping cost thus generated is paid by the buyer.
Item returned must be received within 14 days after the receipt of the items. No refund is issued after this period.
Payment will be refunded as original currency only. We will not take responsibility for any loss due to exchange rate difference in the refund process.
Refund will not include ANY shipping and handling fee. Any additional expenses (such as eBay listing fee) will also be deducted from the refund.
In the case of return, please be sure to include ALL the original contents (including gift, package and manuals). Any missing contents may result in rejection to do the refund. Please also make sure that the return package is securely packed, and apply waterproof packing instruments wherever necessary.
